[6th Division] Ranking Discussion

Now as the description says. You pick your rank. I will not let anyone else pick your rank. You must take responsibilty for yourself and suggest your rank. Though you will choose Captain and Vice-Captain still have say in what you say. But don't feel uptight and thinking people will laugh at what you put down. If you feel you deserve it you deserve it.
